"This was a peaceful and quiet retreat in Einsiedeln. 20.minute walk to the abbey or train station, about 8 minutes to the nearest bus stop. Theres plenty of nature around the property, and my room had a twin bed, a sink, a chair and table and a closet. I also had a big window for fesh air. I think this is a great option for travelers and hikers. Breakfast is served every morning and i was able to sit in the small library and visit the onsite chapel. "We stayed here on our way to Basel for New Years and it was a quaint little hotel near a skiing hotspot. The fog in the area was quite thick so we unfortunately couldn’t take in the beauty of the area. The breakfast was rather limited compared to other places we stayed and parking was across the street in a shopping plaza lot but close enough not to be inconvenient. There were only a couple of restaurants that were open nearby and most people were in town for the skiing. Sad we couldn’t take one...
