「This is less a hotel, and more bed and breakfast. I was disappointment by not being able to drop a bag before check-in and the limited breakfast options. But the room was very comfortable, warm, and clean. The standby light from the TV was bright, but this is my only complaint with the actual room.」

「I had a great six night stay here--it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I had no problem with the pub/nightclub noise, but if you're sensitive or a light sleeper, you should read the listing carefully and make an informed decision. I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. 「Friendly staff and fantastic communication to ensure we arrived with details of how to check-in etc. We have stayed at this hotel and left ok-good reviews, however, on this occassion we are sad to say we weren't impressed. It's a shame because it's in a perfect location, the building has great character and the staff are very approachable. It just appears that whoever is in charge doesn't want to spend any money on the neccessary basics. The room was extremely tired (Room 7). The bathroom fan...

「The heating system seems quite efficient round the clock and during Winter it's a lovely place to be. Staff were quite helpful with attending to the needs and inquiries of the Guests. 」

「The giant bay windows facing out onto the 'prom' and the Irish Sea beyond was stunning. The moon came out for us at one point as well. Exquisite. However, the Hotel's bar and restaurant facilities were closed, which was disappointing. Luckily there were options just down the road at the Glengower. 」

「Swift and easy check-in. The family room had two bedrooms which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Could have done with a rubber bath mat but found out later we could have asked for one. Similarly de-caff tea and coffee I guess. We had our 4-year-old granddaughter with us but there were no issues with noise from the bar below. Limited menu but food was very good. Steaks were lovely. Nice pint too. Great breakfast.
