「Staff we dealt with very friendly, especially Amiti at reception. So unusual to receive such good customer service these days. Very patient, calm, helpful and friendly. The hotel overall was good for the purpose. The community pool in the advert was misleading as we thought the hotel had a pool, hence the 4 star rating. 」
