"With some of the reviews I've seen on here I didn't know what to expect. For the price this is hard to beat. Is it 5 stars no.... but people must think youre getting one and paying motel 6 prices. Its ridiculous what others think. I would say it's one of the better lower priced hotels I've stayed at."

"The front desk staff, George, was incredibly helpful and friendly. After a long drive to get there, he made us feel taken cared of. The room was large with two Queen beds. Clean, decent towels, and very convenient. It’s right next door to 24 hour fitness so my teenage son was thrilled to be able to continue his workout since he’s a member. The surrounding area felt a bit strange. It felt a bit desserted and dated. The kids used the pool area to hangout. It wasn’t anything great but it was good enough for them which made me happy. The free breakfast was decent and I was grateful not to have to leave the property to hunt for food. It was a good stay! "

"Great stay in Downtown Riverside. Was attending a wedding at Lot 84 nearby and everything was walkable. The neighborhood itself has some sketchy characters but the hotel was easy and reliable for my weekend."

"I came there to attend a wedding. Transportation was supposed to have been provided, but there was a mixup and it never arrived. However an employee of yours Ms. Heidi R offered to drive me a complete stranger to the venue about 30 miles away so that I could attend. Thanks to her and whomever she works for. Thank you for hiring this wonderful young lady ❤️ 🙏. She is the perfect example of going above and beyond. Thank you again Ms. Heidi"
