No one at desk for check in. Room was nasty we didn’t stay. Came back next day to check out no one at desk had to call told me to leave keys at desk. Another customer said she checked in on Dec 10 it’s the 14th now & no one has came to clean room give towels or bathroom supplies. I will never go to one again

I have never been so embarrassed. I knew it was not a 4 star hotel but at the very least it could be clean. There were bugs in the shower and mold. It was yucky. Do not go here!!!!!!

First room we were assigned had a perfume scent so strong we couldn’t be in the room more than 10 seconds. When we went back to the front desk to swap rooms the guy at the desk mocked us for not taking the room and assigned us another. We open the door to the second room, the bed is messy, tv is blasting and there’s a big bottle of cheap wine on the table. We go back to the front desk and he says the room isn’t occupied and we tell them to go look for themselves. He then gives us another room and a shabby large woman walks by saying our room is the wrong one and then guy she’s with corrects her and she goes to the previous room and grabs the bottle of wine and says sorry. Apparently she’s the housekeeper. Then the guys who are in rooms around us peer while they just stand outside their rooms while smoking pot. Charming. And then there’s the roach we see the next morning. Stay clear of this place. Spend the extra couple hundred bucks and get a safe clean room down the road

I traveled from Rhode Island to stay there I called the night before to see if I would be able to get early check in so I can decide on what time to leave home o was told yes forsure etc I arrive around 10 am to be told the complete where down and couldn’t check in then another shorter guy comes over talking bout he been there 5 years I’m wrong and don’t know what I’m talking about def was very rude and disrespectful as well as in professional. After check in time came around I was still told I couldn’t check in. I was already late for effete I was going so i had to book another hotel further away I missed the entire occasion that I travelled for couldn’t get no rest. Very dissatisfied . And a refund suppose to be given die to o never checked in and out was there fault

If you have heard of the roach motel, this is it! Flies, roach traps, what looked like blood spots on the wall. No Wi-Fi so no tv. The shower wall looked like it never had bee cleaned. Do not stay here unless you are in a desperate situation, seeking shelter safety etc. We were stuck has a family matter in the area and could not find other accommodations. When we booked we thought how bad could it be. Well we found out! After being gone all day dealing with family matters we returned around 5 pm and were able wro find accommodations at another location so we checked out. (We were booked for a 2 night stay) when asked to receive credit for the second night I was refused because I did not check out at 11am. I explained I had no where to go at that time. The person at the desk told me that wasn’t his problem. When questioned about the flies in the room and bug traps he said I should have told him the night before and I again explained I had no where else to ago and again he said not my problem. So in short do not stay there unless in a complete emergency.

This place should be closed down!!!
The room was infested with bugs. Reeked of smoke. Had someone else’s hair on the sheets. Toilets would not flush. Plus the person at reception told me only US citizens knew how to flush the toilets. I have been in the US for the last 53 years. I am a US citizen through naturalization!!

Stay away. Extremely run down, 5 keys didn't work.
Arrived at 2:58 for checkin and the door was locked with a line of people waiting to check in. Came back, checked in, and the key wouldn't open the door. Went back, second key didn't work. Went back, third key didn't work. The fourth time the manager came and opened the door with a metal key and got the electronic key to work. Ten minutes later it didn't work. The fifth time, the manager sent an employee with a screwdriver, who got the key to work. Again, ten minutes later the key didn't work. I requested a refund, which they refused. Stayed in a hotel that was an hour from my work event instead of fifteen minutes away, but they had working keys for the door. I wasn't expecting a five star hotel, but I did expect tsk be able to get into the room. They don't have a 24-hour front desk like real hotels, so the nonworking keys were more than an inconvenience.

Not Staying Here Again
My partner and I spent one Saturday night (9/28/24) at this property. For starters, we arrived in the dark and could not see the entrance to the property from Route 50. There was a light burned out which made for a very dangerous situation, including backing up on the shoulder of a highway. Our room had excellent beds! Service at the front desk was hospitable and friendly. Our room lacked any glasses, and the carpet felt icky to the touch. Other friends who stayed there the same night reported stink bugs on the ceiling and the lack of a shower curtain in another room. Breakfast was minimal and it was not possible to change the TV station from the evangelical church service which was blaring in the breakfast room. Our charge of $154 was way too much for the condition of the property. Fix it up! I repeat that the staff members were pleasant and helpful to the best of their ability.

It was slightly better than camping. I was looking for a cheap place to spend the night, so I really can’t complain. You get what you pay for. It was old, not cleaned very well, and people were making noise outside at 3:00am.

Don’t stay here.
Grounds and room were not clean. No maid service unless you “asked” but we were not informed of this until after the stay. Breakfast was a waffle maker and continuously had to ask for spoons (they ran out), plates etc. Drug deals in the back parking lot. Non hotel ‘customers’ walking around. Management does not care about you or this property. Don’t waste more than $49 a night. Most Days Inn locations are awful now.
