"Mostly good – great location & friendly staff. The ventilation was very bad though – the aircon didn’t stop the room being very stuffy and smelly. If the window was openable (even by 10 or 20cm) that would make it a lot nicer, and probably wouldn’t let anyone fall out. It would also be much nicer if there was a kettle in the room, to save having to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee"

Outdoor covered deck with a barbaque. Access to resort restaurant and services including the spa. Access to nature hikes from the front door. COVID guidelines for physical distancing and facemask wearing in place for shared areas within the resort. Only issue during our stay was temporarily poor internet service within the villa...

The hotel information could be updated to provide clearer information about additional costs, like linens, transport from rail/airports, which train station is actually closest. A folder including I for on the area would be nice, too, for first time visitors to the area. Still, Markku provided information quickly when we emailed. "
