「Self check-in. The room has a kitchen for cooking. There is a gym, although the facilities are relatively simple. It is not recommended to book when it rains because it will be very noisy. The WIFI was very slow and almost unusable during the two days of stay.」

「Location is perfect and convenient. Everything in the hotel is so far so good, reception staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is strange that the hotel price does not include toothpaste and slippers, or the guest is required to pay extra to get these amenities. Luckily, I have brought my own stuff. It is suggested that to give ahead to the guest before their arrival enable them to know how to make preparation. 」

「Close to Glink Broadbeach South station. Pacific Fair and the beach are just few minutes away. There are 2 swimming pool, a massage pool and a sauna bar. We've got 2 bike to ride. The bike is provided by Spinway. They are in very good condition. 」

"In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow "
