「The rooms are HUGE! Great sheets, tubs, shower pressure, lots of food options and a free shuttle to take you to other restaurants downtown. The Front desk staff, the maintenance staff, the bartenders are all top notch. Very friendly. Very professional. Very Helpful in every way. The Pyramid is a famous iconic thing, but the hotel is a hidden gem in Memphis.」

「Stay was overall good. Saw police patrol and cars were kept in an enclosed parking lot. The only issue was using the barcode to check in. I had to manually type in the key. Staff was easy to reach and were quick to respond. 」

「We were advised at check in. That due to numerous vehicle breakins in the area we shoud take precautions. Also one of the elevators had a fire. We had to evacuate and we returned when safe. Wonder when elevators were inspected. 」
