"I had an injury to my hip and knee and had requested a handicapped room. I have stayed at the Renwick before and knew there were bathtubs in rooms. I was given a handicapped room that had a lower bathtub. I knew that would be difficult since I couldn't stand on one leg at all. The next day Y........ arranged for me to have a flat walk-in shower. I truly appreciated her efforts on my behalf."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by the staff with smiles, including housekeeping staff. The room was quiet and the hotel is in a safe location convenient to the Empire State Bldg. The only negative thing was the bathroom woodwork, tile, and a slight spray with the sink faucet showed signs of aging and could use attention. "Hotel is in a perfect location in midtown. It is under renovation so we where a bit worried we’d be disturbed by the workers in the morning but they didn’t start until 9 I think. The rooms are small but clean and nice. We stayed in a renovated room facing the back of the building which made it quieter. The complementary coffee was a nice touch. "
