「Came down to Wimborne for a family funeral - we had the wake in the hotel. Everyone was looked after extremely well - all the staff were great. We stopped in the hotel overnight - room was clean, bright and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty to eat」

「On traditionally bleak winters day in south west Dorset this hotel was warm and welcoming, spacious and well presented rooms. Breakfast was well cooked and served promptly. A strong 9/10 because although you should never judge a book by the cover, this hotel lets it self down with it's exterior presentation」

「Lovely friendly welcome from the hosts. Pre-ordered breakfast for the following day and then settled down for the evening in a huge room with comfy seats, a big bed and a lovely bright and clean bathroom. Breakfast was just as promised, fresh, local and really tip top. Sat chatting with the hosts over breakfast watching the horse liveries turning out for the morning. Very very pleasant. 」
