「I arrived at the property only to be told that it was not a hotel, or guest house or anything but a ‘Retirement Home’! There was no Valentine Inn, never has been and go away. The venue is a con, I think that someone within the place hires out rooms when the manager is scheduled to be away. Kindly refund my payment, you need to remove this from your site.」

「Let me start by saying that we booked a very convenient Flight Hotel package, however it is a good hotel overall, the structure is well kept, the rooms are quiet and the heating/air conditioning is not noisy, the bathroom was basic but with a large and modern shower. The cleanliness is a flaw, I don't know if it is normal for the United Kingdom or if I was unlucky but although they changed the towels every 3 days, the sheets were never changed in 2 weeks while the pillows were changed once....
