「Staff was nice and very helpful with getting a first floor room for a wheelchair user. The inside pool was nice, but loud. Outside pool was not open yet, but looks like a fun place for kids. A nice lobby, gift shop, arcade and food venues. Super nice Toon Room for kids to do crafts and guests to see a movie. The room was comfortable but only a one bean bag chair and no other chairs in the room. Could hear outside noise, but slept well. Nice concept overall. Even had characters during the morning...

「I did realize when booking that we reserved a villa that was not attached to the main hotel where the pool was located. I don’t think that was clear when booking. The room was nice but very loud at night between the furnace and the water softener. The layout in the villa rooms was good with a private bunk room and private toilet/shower room separate from the sinks. The room was made up very well on the second day. The beds were comfortable, the fireplace was nice and the tv was quite large....
