「Lovely breakfast, very cosy historical farm house, excellent countryside area. Sorry to be late for check-in(didn't notice only 16:00-18:00 check-in hours), and Ms Woods had to wait for me for a few hours. Overall we had a nice stay in East farm house. 」

「Excellent pub food and very welcoming staff.The room was quite comfortable once we got it warmed up but some attention should be given to the doors so that they open and close more easily and perhaps add some lighting on the stairs. These are small in the overall scheme of things though. The breakfast at the nearby farm shop was outstanding.」

「A very convenient location for Dorchester centre which was a 15 minute walk. The landlord was very friendly and helpful and made my 4 night stay very comfortable. There was a great choice at breakfast where the landlord was able to sort me out with porridge.」

「Excellent place to stay for piece & quite. Good size bedroom, comfortable bed, bath & shower. Very good breakfast, lots of choice. We had the valentines evening meal, which was exceptional. Staff really friendly, as were the owners. We have stayed here before and definitely will be again. 」

「Exceptional breakfsst - large choice and the best cooked breakfasts we have had in a long time. Unpleasant smell in hallway of fish being cooked. Mattress in Room 1 needs attention. Staff very wevoming and an excellent location. 」

「I had a lovely stay at the Royal Lion. The service was excellent and my room was lovely. I wasn't entirely happy with the cleanliness as the carpet was quite grubby but apart from that, it was good and I'd definitely go back again. 」
