「The Drury was an excellent motel. I will stay there from now on, as i stay in Cleveland quite often.」

「We had a great stay. We did call the front desk Saturday evening for a towel & box of tissue as ours was just about empty. The staff was friendly and said she would try to find those items as housekeeping was out for the day. We never did receive either of those items. I got a box of tissue & towel myself Sunday morning. I used a hand towel & face cloth to dry after my shower Saturday night. Check out staff & check in staff were fantastic & very friendly. If the towel or tissue were a “big deal”...

「I was in town for a concert, and this was a good location for getting to the stadium. There's a restaurant in the hotel that seemed to have some good options although I didn't end up eating there. I was on a super early flight and got to the hotel at 9 a.m. They went ahead and let me a check in, which I was not expecting. The place is quiet, and you can walk to a CVS. A McDonald's and Burger King are nearby if you need something quick. I felt safe and comfortable there. Customer friendy staff....

「Great location within walking distance to many downtown attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was the noise from the nearby Jazz concert, but that wasn't under the hotel's control.」
