「When I arrived the signs through the front door was confusing. I just found my way through to the bar where I spoke to the lovely staff behind the bar. Staff were really nice. Was shown to my room. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. Carpet and bathroom floor was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. Tea and coffee was a welcome addition. 「I had a great six night stay here--it was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I had no problem with the pub/nightclub noise, but if you're sensitive or a light sleeper, you should read the listing carefully and make an informed decision. I would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Firstly, Vanessa was amazing and welcoming. Very efficient and she upsokd the restaurant for lunch while we waited for the room to be ready. The room was small but that's normal for UK. Love the fact that there is nothing level at the hotel. Adds to the charm. This is our third hotel in the UK and none have been level.. not so bad we couldn't sleep or function. Just adds charm」

「Amazing place! The ladies in reception of the hotel where we picked up the keys were so lovely. The apartment was stunning and over 2 floors, beautiful big bay window over looking the sea and the beds were very comfortable. It was extremely clean and tidy. Also loved the spa. Thanks for a great stay! 」
