"everything is nice but needs to tell your housekeeping staff while washing the glasses and cups it needs to wash in a diswashers to prevent Germs not that if we ask glass they just wash it in the toilet that's it? "Stay here often for work. Really nice rooms, with small kitchenette's which is nice when staying for longer periods. Rooms are always spotless, and well thought out. Everything feels bespoke and individual from artwork to furniture. Really nice communal space to work from and get coffee. Staff are not always on site as everything is done with codes, but they are always contactable and help in anyway they can. Work in Leiden so stay in area often, and this is always my first search, cant recommend highly enough."
