「Hotels can be made by their ambience, fixtures and fittings and food, but what really matters are the staff. This hotel has just about everything. Every hotel should have a Sophia, who was front of house and utterly charming. The restaurant staff were so very helpful, breakfast was fantastic and our room superb. A 5 Euro Uber/Bolt gets you into the old town in ten minutes. 」
