「Our room was ready on arrival (before the 2.30 check-in time too). We upgraded to a Quay View Room which was great. Really big room and a good view. Small fridge was handy. We were given complimentary drinks vouchers when we checked-in as a celebration for my birthday. This was really appreciated. We never used the spa at all and only had drinks in the bar area - no meals at all. Parking was easy and cost £6.50 per night.
