「Good location. The hotel is very close to train station (3-5 minutes walking distance) and city centre, the room is simple and clean. The hotel staff are friendly. 」

「The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. But the staff were the best」

「Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbacken. Aber es ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück ist SEHR gut: mit viel frischem Obst, Rührei, Spiegelei, Gemüse, Brötchen, mehrere Sorten Käse und Aufschnitt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man ist quasi sofort in der Innenstadt. 」

「The hotel is in the middle of a forest we booked it because it said there was a good restaurant. No! It was closed. According to them due to a party but there was no one else there. We asked if they could recommend a restaurant - after repeated request they suggested one. They should not take bookings if the restaurant is closed. There is nothing near by. I saw another guest had the same experience - so is the restaurant ever open??? Or just in the announcement to get guests? 」

「Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof direkt an der Fußgängerzone in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Zimmer war supersauber, sehr groß und hell. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und kann sich entspannen. Das Frühstück ist absolut fantastisch und man kann sehr gemütlich zusammensitzen. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals möchte ich besonders positiv hervorheben. 」
