Für eine Nacht okay, aber würden es nicht wieder buchen. Zu laut im Flur genau wie die Fenster. Sie schließen nicht richtig und daher haben wir den kompletten Verkehr den ganzen Abend gehört.

Staff were amazing, room was comfy but smelt a bit damp. Walls not sound proof and on main road so bring ear plugs. Good if using shuttle services and good bus routes, overall had a comfortable stay

I had no heat in my room. Eventually I was given a heater for the room but it took quite a while for the room to heat up. I should have been moved to a different room. Also, the restaurant does not open until 7AM so too late for an early morning flight. Shuttle to the airport in the morning was fine but to the hotel the previous evening, I don't think the 715 shuttle showed up.

Your front office staff (Ruta) and restaurant staff (Amanda) were exceptional. However, the quality of food we received after staying and eating there for 11 days was very poor. Your Chef watered down the Seafood Chowder to such an extent, it was like dishwater. I was so angry that we would be given disgusting food. From that day, we never ate in the Lounge/restaurant again.

Difficult night
Room badly isolated, we can hear any car on the street,which make it impossible to sleep. The restaurant was ok, food well presented and prices correct, but the raw materials weren't great. Shuttle service really convenient and drivers really nice. Still wait for the promised invoice per email.
