「The hotel location was great the amenities were very good. The front desk had me try two seperate keys and had to call maintenance. The room maintenance not so good. The grab bar in the showe was loose and came outseveral times. The whole water knoband spot moved when turned on, the drai was cloggedwith hair from previous guests, and the kitchenette light did not work. Theroom was cozy and looking over the mari a was great.the staff extremely friendly. I The hotel could use an upgrade but still...

「Great stop over spot for our bone fishing trip. While hotel is dated, the pool and beach are wonderful, both made up for any dated accommodations. Wish there were more nice food choices but Flying Fish was a nice close by restaurant. 」

「The staff was amazing but the front desk could do much better in directing guests and informing them about all the amenities and property. The Housekeeping Crew did an excellent job. For a bit dated facility, the interior was spotless for our stay. I agree with other reviews that mentioned all inclusive being a bit confusing. I wasn't real happy about wearing a wrist band for 5 days as an all inclusive guest. Especially when they cost $100 if removed and lost. No clue what the point of signing...

「The room was clean. TV needed fixing. Would be nice to have Netflix. The balcony view was amazing. Laundry room was available but I didn’t use it. The staff is friendly and helpful.」

「Place was roomy, and pretty clean. But, there was not regular linen service(change of sheets or bed making/turning). Beach sand was fluffy and amazing. Staff were very friendly and attentive. They do need to update the shuffleboard. Pucks were broke and mismatched. And the poles were broke from wear and tear. But, we made it work.😃 Ping pong table and equipment were excellent (better than was shown on website). We had a great time, and recommend for a relaxing vacation.👍」
