"Five minutes drive/ride to downtown taitung. A family Mart is just few steps away. The room is clean and comfy. The building has elevator. The breakfast is nice, but not enough table to serve and also the toast area, coffee and utensil area are all at the same place, made it pretty crowded. Other than that, it's a great place to stay when you are in taitung."

"It was amazing. Everyone was very helpful. Get this! Almost all the way north, I discovered I’d left my passport in the safe. They confirmed it. Driver and manager met me at the station when I returned, took me to get my stuff, took me back to the station and helped me buy my return ticket. WOW!!"

"It has one of the best hot spring in the area. The location is on a place where there isn’t any of restaurants outside of the property. However, if you visit this place you will want to enjoy all the amenities within the property. By the way, all the amenities can still be enjoyed for free after you check out of your room"

"It has great parking lot. The location is not around the busy heart of the city, and therefore if you want to visit the night market, you will have to drive or take a cab. The room Is spacious and clean. "

"When we called to say that we would be arriving soon, we were asked if we had had dinner, since there weren’t many restaurants in the area. "Overall, great experience! Check in process was seamless and they even recommended a driver to take us around Taitung which ended up to be an excellent experience! The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower could use a little update. The grout was a little moldy. It was nice the hotel has a laundry room. Washing is free and you pay $50NTD to dry your clothes. The breakfast has mostly Taiwanese food which was great for me but my son would have preferred some western options. However, given this is a local hotel it’s understandable. They offered guests free shuttle service to the train station which was great! Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"
