Perfect stay
"My stay in thus hotel was perfect. Super convenient location and most of all staffs are friendly and helpful. Thanks to Ms. Catherine Qian, i could enjoy nice beef noodles and go to Bingling temple without any trouble. If anyone wants to go to Lanzhou, i will recommend this hotel."

Amazing experience - best hotel in Lanzhou!
"This hotel is incredible! Really amazing stay in luxury hotel with the biggest and best equiped gym I have ever seen. Also the 50m pool is incredible. Of course all luxury and service you expect from Hyatt is there including great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and I will stay there ..."

Random pricing, bad shower
"I booked on hotels.com at 756HKD per night vs trips.com offered 330RMB (half of the price I paid). Hot water in the shower didn’t work well. The hotel said it was because there were too many guests on the same floor… there was nobody at the main door helping you with taxi. Surprisingly bad ..."
