「附近有太多酒吧，過分嘈吵，還有警車和救護車到場，室內環境正常，但是有很多蚊，有一堆，同一層也有很多其他住客，隔音很差，聽到外面在唱歌，大聲聊天等等的，根本睡不到」

「住宿地點不錯，就在鬧區內，廚房和客廳空間超級大！進去的時候有驚訝了一下，沙發很舒服，整體都還滿舒適的。 浴室用水或洗澡的時候，會有一個很大聲的馬達聲，連隔壁在使用他們自己的浴室時都聽得到他們的馬達聲...可能是老房子的通病吧？！ 停車有配合的停車場，還是要付款但可以折扣，也算是方便。 入住前要先預繳保證金和寄ID給他們，這個不知道是文化關係還是什麼...不太適應很沒安全感...但最後結論是有退還保證金。」

「I stayed here with a friend for a conference, overall it was a comfortable clean stay close to the centre of town, it took us 15 mins to walk to the M&S Arena and about 10 to get into the main shopping area. The check in was a bit restrictive, it was between 3pm and 5.30pm and they continually emailed me to ask me what time I was coming. The other frustration was the map pin, it was inaccurate so I couldn't easily find it.」

「Our original accommodation was unavailable due to a water leak but we got no notice from the hotel, who had to scramble to get us accommodation in the main hotel for 1 night and then in an alternative apartment for 2 nights. It broke our stay and was very inconvenient. Unfortunately the noise levels in both alternate places was appalling. Loud music from the local, pubs blaring until 3am in the morning. No idea why Liverpool City allows this.」

「This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. 」

「Worst experience of my life! Keys are kept in safes outside but they’d all been stolen so we couldn’t check in. Owner was very unhelpful and we had to leave Liverpool early as could not find other accommodation 」

「The hot was was simply warm - not hot at all. Every day we were there, from 5am there was a constant stream of bin lorries collecting glass ehich made it impossible to sleep from that time. There are also industrial.aircon or kitchen extractor units outide some.of the windows making it really noisy」
