「The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met. 」

「We stayed in 241. That bathtub needs a new finish on it or replaced. I imagine that is hard to sanitize between guest. No concens with the rest of the room. It was "inconvenient" that the elevator on that side of the building was not operational. We parked in the middle east side of the property but ened up going to the west side of the property to walk up the stairs back to the east side to get to our room. We went down to breakfast @9:10 am, whatever was in the warmer beside the eggs was...

「The front desk agent was so nice and professional. She let me check in early due to a car emergency that I had she ensure that I was safe and that the room was clean. She was a pleasure to work with and be able to meet. I would definitely recommend this to people who are trying to save money And want a nice place to stay. I had a room on the first floor, which was renovated to a nice cozy room. 」

「I did not see any notification on Expedia that the property was under construction. Our room was finished and great but the lobby and dining were under construction. Knowledge of that would have been appreciated. Staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.」

「由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。」
