「This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. 「Habitación amplia, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Realmente es una residencia universitaria y como tal hay que valorarla (en los 5 días de mi estancia nadie entró a hacer la habitación ni a cambiar las sábanas ni las toallas). 「Loved the location, opposite the Campo de San Francisco. Easy to walk everywhere. Room was basic as per its star rating. Only issue I had was some neighbours were very, very loud. It's not the hotel's fault. Also, plumbing came through wallls, so i knew when neighbors were showering. Overall, I am happy with the hotel as I was out most of the time.」

「Genial. Pedí una habitación fresca, ya que necesito dormir por debajo de los 20°C, y me la dieron. Hoy en día, es un lujo poder dormir en un hotel en invierno sin pasar calor. Además, podría controlar la temperatura en la habitación. Aparte de eso, la cama y las almohadas eran muy cómodas. Había 4 almohadas en mi habitación, de las cuales 2 eran un poco más altas y consistentes, y 2 un poco más bajitas y esponjosas. Me costó elegir una entre ellas porque todas eran buenas. 」
