「Outstanding hotel beach and food」

「It's best to check in as early as you can because the pool/spa facilities close quite early before dinner time. We called room service for bath robes. The guy who brought them over claimed that he had knocked the door three times already (which we didn't hear), then he just opened our door and entered our room which was a big shock as we were still getting dressed. We complained but guest service replied that this is standard procedure. Our shower door also couldn't shut fully but we were too...

「Hotel is little bit old but spacious. Hope more staffs speak English will be nice.」

「carpet dirty, door is broken, shower door leaking water」

「⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Stars! Absolutely Exceptional! Kayma Dead Sea Resort is hands down the best experience I have ever had at the Dead Sea! Having visited most of the resorts in the area over the years, I can confidently say that Kayma is in a league of its own. From the stunning atmosphere and exceptional service to the incredible attention to every detail, everything was simply outstanding. A truly luxurious and unforgettable experience. Kayma has set a new standard for Dead Sea...

「The staff was excellent. The balcony could use a good clean over. Lots of bird feaces. The bathroom door was rotten」

「我們拿Voucher去check in. 再回去check out.
