「Très déçu par l hôtel piscine inutilisable pas nettoyée depuis 3 ans le propriétaire nous a dit d aller nous baigner à la rivière proche !!! propriétaire très désagréable. arrives dans la soirée nous avons passe une nuit puis nous avons préféré changer d hôtel à nos frais malgré les 426 euros payés d avance.publicité sur le site non conforme à la réalité pas de WIFI dans les chambres contrairement à ce qui était marqué. 」

「Advertised pool, gym, and exercise classes DO NOT exist. Property is not in a convenient location. I was stuck in my room with no facilities to use while my partner was at work. You ‘Wotif’ refused to help even though the manager was helping until he saw my booking was through you. I only stayed for part of my booking and moved to a great hotel with advertised facilities that DID exist. 」

「walk distance to central world shopping mall and backstreet eateries，a little bit far to downtown and need taxi services. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, especially a lady named beam who kindly called taxi for me many times and gave the driver instruction in details. besides my room always keep clean and get a beautiful view of iconic temples and Chedi. Worth it.」

「Room was a good size, clean but the bathroom was very small. Hotel has 5 floors and an elevator, we used the stairs (3rd floor). Breakfast was Thai, with toast, coffee tea, juice, fruit, salad bar, eggs, and some sweets」

「Nice place clean good staff 」

「Check in was quick, room was good size, bed was a bit hard, quiet area, short walk to street food and mini Big C, 7/11. Breakfast was very good,had 4 main Asian dishes, salad bar, soup, egg dish, toast, coffee, juice. Overall a good stay 」

「My description is this lovely hotel was quite rustic! Simple but staying there you get to understand the detail that whoever designed it had some very cuteness about it! I loved it to be frank, and I have been in many around the world! And a big thank you to the manager who was a pleasure and politeness from the staff!. Thank you! Next time coming to Ubon R. I will look up the hotel for sure !」
