「Staff very helpful and restaurant offered a decent range of options. Bed extremely comfortable and 1st floor corridor generally quiet. Somewhat disappointed that room was not made up until after 4pm on a couple of days, had to go down to lounge area to wait for cleaners to finish. Also noticed that glasses were left outside rooms and not collected from several hours, this presented a trip hazard and a danger for guests especially children. Overall a most enjoyable 4 day stay.」

「Only over night but really friendly service」

「Check in was good and hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Only slight negative for me is that I suffer from allergies - (dogs) and presume the room is one which allows dogs but even though the room was clean the I did suffer all night and into the next day.」

「Lovely stay. The building is a little dated in parts. The service was a little lacking at times, it felt like a lot of the staff members were new and inexperienced. We had breakfast and a bar snack and all the food was excellent. 」

「We loved the location and the rooms,we had a room overlooking the River Dee. The room looked to be clean on anrrival but around the edges was full of dust and the bathroom again just needed that little extra touch. Check in was easy and friendly. Bonus was free parking. Just unfortunate the restaurant was closed (we did know about this) Overall we would stay again.」
