「Really enjoyed our stay at Ella Retreat. The glamping tent was ideal for us, spacious and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the waterfall was amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, organising our (very tasty) meals, tuktuks and laundry. 」

The bathroom on the other hand not the best, quite dark and the shower had quite a bit of black mould stains and needed a deep clean. Steep walk to get down to Ella and back to the hotel again. 「度假村离Elle这么远是没有想到的，据说在Hotels.com上标的是空中距离:-( 幸好入住那天一路暴雨，所以错过Elle所有的景点也没有什么遗憾。 酒店很偏僻，紧邻一大片农田，很有巴厘岛乌布的感觉，格外的亲近自然。 因为是生态酒店，一切以融入自然为主题，所以客房不免简单一点。休息区域都在室外，这也造成了一些不方便。 最值得大加赞赏的就是亲近自然。一早起来由向导带领，在度假村范围内观鸟，孔雀、大嘴犀鸟、野鸡随处可见，孔居然雀还跑到了我们居住的度假屋边。 入住当天好像只有我们一行5个客人，所以服务的自然非常好。 餐饮也不错，虽然没有什么特别惊艳，但非常好吃。餐后推荐我们吃了水牛酸奶冻，奶味十足，加上当地的枫糖，口味很好。」

「I really liked how peaceful this place was with a great view. The English breakfast was not great, but the Sri Lankan breakfast was very good. And the Jacuzzi is nice to have, but it’s not hot. The room was great that I had with a view of Ella rock. But the bathroom doors were kinda like closet doors and made a big noise when you went in and out the people were very nice and helpful and kind. The location was a bonus cause you could just walk down the hill and you’d be right in the middle of...

「这个酒店是我们这次旅程中最难忘的酒店！当我们晚上7点到达时，发现酒店在山底下，要穿越3-4km的山路，而且要坐缆车下去！太惊险了！而女儿则兴奋得无法形容！早上起来一片光明，你发现你居然睡在森林的溪边，巨大的玻璃房，与森林融为一体！早上可以看见5-6只孔雀在树枝上求爱舞蹈！超棒的待客如宾的服务，虽然酒店只提供素食，但讲究的西餐礼遇，加上星空与篝火，伴着印度的音乐，确实是极致浪漫的！当然也要有思想准备：不要太晚到达酒店，不要依赖WIFI，不要总担心充电问题，不要荷求热水服务，就当来大自然寻求冒险与浪漫！」

「Det var som att bo i en plåtlåda bredvid en motorväg. Det fanns inga skydd mot myggor och det var hål mellan väggar och tak. Duschen fungerade väldigt dåligt. Bilderna ljuger en del om stället. Fina vyer men poolen smutsig. 」
