「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」

「Check-in was very good - professional, friendly and helpful team member. Excellent location alongside a lovely park and easy access to Wakefield City. Found the room of good size and clean - but quite noisy on the evening of arrival - from the corridor and neighbouring rooms - lasted approx. 20 mins, then OK. Just 1 Bath Towel and 1 Hand Towel provided for 2 people - not particularly an issue, but not ideal.」

「The hotel is set in a rural area, with views of greenery. Public transport and local amenities close by. Beautiful inside and out, had a lovely room and bathroom so clean and comfortable. Just the mattress was not so good as felt the springs. Overall I was pleased with my stay. 」

「Hotel is undergoing a major refurb. I was on the 2nd floor. Room was recently refurbished so very clean, comfortable and all good. Staff very attentive, friendly and food served very quickly. Prices were very reasonable.」
