「The property/ buildings are well kept in a lush environment. The rooms are large and nicely done. Breakfast was quite good. As it was off season and there were few guests they ran out of croissants early. This is the down side of this place. It lacks a generosity in hospitality. You pay for the Nespresso capsule in your room in the morning, you have 2 bottles of water at your disposition and if you need more you either walk to the reception for a refill or pay for a new bottle. 「FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. 「The accomodation was clean and spacious, but the area was very remote we couldn’t find any restaurants around at night time. The key of the villa did not work for our entire stay. We almost got locked out in 8 degrees weather. Thankfully we could get in because we had one of our windows unlocked. They have very limited hot water we had to have cold shower after 2 mins. 「호텔스 닷컴에서 chalet swiss 예약했으나 아마 이미 방이 나간관계로 비슷한 급의 Chalet Mebel?배정받음. 장점 : 저렴한 가격. 산속별장 스타일 익스테리어. 영어는 안되지만 비교적 친절한 느낌직원. (구글번역기 사용) 고맙게도 10시 얼리체크인을 그냥 해줌. 이미 다른식당에서 먹고와서 먹지는 못했지 만 지나가다가 본 바베큐가 괜찮아 보였음. 단점 : 객실관리 상태는 하 (휴지보충, 샴푸보충, 침구류 청결상태 등) (사실 가격때문에 기대는 안함) 목조 건축물 및 주변환경상 곤충이나 벌레가 나올수 있음.
