「The location of the hotel is beautiful, its amongst pine trees, in front of a huge lake, no noise, very quiet. Very friendly staff. Our room was very nice, huge and comfortable. The art work in the hotel is worth mentioning too」

「Staff were friendly and keen to help. Room was bright, clean, bed was comfy, air-conditioning worked. Location was pretty good for Carmelo proper - just off the centre, with easy access for everything from bus station to some of the best food in town. Not so good was the limited front-desk hours which meant having to plan to arrive within a two-hour window. Also the bikes for rent could be in better shape (and not all built for six-foot-tall riders).」
