"What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. Food is cooked fresh that morning and do try to accomodate most requests. The biggest issue,...

"Beautiful surroundings, able to walk freely enjoying the scenery. The property itself was lovely apart from a few mishaps inside the room for staff to consider. Part of the panelling that separated the dining area and living room space was a constant trip hazard, this was extremely dangerous, also the living room radiator was continually on making staying in the room extremely uncomfortable with to much heat. Apart from that the living quarters were good."

Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk. "A nice hotel. Well located in Stoke on Trent. Check-in qas quick and easy, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms was nice. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was too hard for my taste. Pillows big and fluffy, but no support at all."

"This is a great hotel - it would be fab for family stays. But when the park is closed, its a good place to stay on business because the rooms are really comfortable and the food is nice. "

"I was very satisfied, I had booked a single room but was upgraded to a family room with a double and two single beds with a sea view, tea making facilities and TV. A very nice clean bathroom. The only thing missing was a fridge. But for £34 per night, it was brilliant. The gym and swimming pool was very good for just £2 per session. I did not have breakfast in the hotel so cannot say if it was good but I thought £12.50 might be a bit overpriced, however I did think that the £15.50 3 course...
