"Lovely hotel, great staff and perfect location. Arrived after finding the hotel fairly easily. Ample parking around the hotel grounds. Although slightly disappointed in the added parking fee. Check in was really good with attentive staff who showed us to our room. Nice bar and restaurant area looked great. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice sized. Overall a really good value stay. "

"Stayed during Heathrow airport power issues. Staff handled situation very well. Spoke to the lady on the front desk Kim who seemed very busy but handled everything well and looked after us as we checked out. "

"All the staff we met were very helpful & seemed genuinely interested in us & wanting to make our stay as enjoyable as they possibly could. The cafe served excellent food and was reasonably priced but we felt that the restaurant menu wasn't particularly good. The view from our room was superb & the champagne breakfast delivered to our room was a real delight. We enjoyed our stay immensely & would certainly go again but will give the restaurant a miss next time. "

"Second time staying at the hotel, great location for an overnight in Portobello. Think we were upgraded for this visit and got a fantastic room with a 4 poster bed which was a lovely surprise. Will definitely be staying again."
