「飯店服務極好，我們2大2小一早6點到飯店就安排房間讓我們入住，覺得很棒，泳池不大，但在飯店消磨時間還可以，小孩很開心，可以拿免費券搭飯店接駁車去其他朱美拉集團的飯店，也可以免費去玩水上樂園，很超值」

「The room is clean but a sandwich and an egg were left inside the drawer by someone who used the room before. The cleaner should check every corner of the room carefully. 」

「Hotel is in great location, 24 hrs supermarket just by walk in 1 minute. Room is small, in-house facilities are old, need to be renewed. Balcony is locked can't be access. Staff is good and helpful!」

「Fairmount was a lovely stay, just a 5 -min walk away from World Trade Centre where i was attending a conference. The staff were helpful, the location was convenient, the facilities sufficient, and the rooms very comfortable with a lovely view of Dubai! Would definitely chose to stay here again!」
