「Friendly staff and clean room and lobby. The breakfast was great too!」

「This site was close to where I needed to be for my class. This property looks like they are doing repairs from a water leak problem in the bathrooms. They did not take out my trash from my room, but I guess I was to ask for that. I am surprised as when I worked for the Hampton Inn that was my job. I was told to take out the trash, make the bed, and wipe down the bathroom. I did not get that service.」

「原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！」

「Overall a good experience. Bathroom and towels were cleanish, but I found a hair here and there. Also there is something with the air quality. Maybe it's too dry or something, but it was uncomfortable. There is a trend in recent years to not allow any window openings in hotels. That's awful and causes sharp drop in air quality inside , but in this case it was a bit worse than in other hotels we visited.」

「Nice staff , clean ,quiet , cozy room . If you would like to find a budget and clean hotel, this is definitely good choice for you staying near Matthews and Charlotte. Walking distance to food court in front of hotel. It need some improvements about the breakfast. Less choice, low guality of food and fruit, even sometimes, the basic coffee serve not hot and hot water is temperature water. Over all , besides breakfast and lacking of fitness center, it is worthy for what you pay for it. 」

「Everything was great. Pur room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was one of the best i have had for a continental breakfast. The staff was helpful. We would definitely stay again.」
