「Hotel is looking very tired and shabby in many areas. Needs a deep clean as a minimum, or better a full refurb 」

「Overall very good. Mostly kitchenette type rooms. Not totally practical for space. Had a huge bathroom that was very clean and appeared almost new. Not well prepared for my kid. Through a mattress on the floor. It worked but was not ideal. No couches or actual beds to add. Make sure you get a double bedroom. Breakfast was very good and lots of good options. Would stay there again but be careful of getting a luxury room and thinking you'll have a couch or extra bed to be brought in for your kid....

「We booked a 2 twin-bedded rooms but were given 2 rooms with double beds instead. This was not good, but 1 room was bedding was subsequently changed, and the twin beds emerged. Rooms were clean overall, although the sink in one room was not very clear, and water emptied slowly. 」

「Lovely hotel and pleasant staff. Unfortunately the Gym is in terrible condition and the equipment is not operational」
