「Brand new rooms, very comfy beds, clean linens and high standard housekeeping. Great communication from the beginning to the end. Friendly and caring staffs. Pair of socks in the room for the girivalam is an excellent touch. Highly recommended 」

「Newly renovated. Room was nicely done. However the bathroom workmanship (tile work, door frame joints are horrible comparing the quality material used. Someone inexperienced messed it up) is poor compared to rest of the property. I am giving 4 for smelly, unclean bathroom. They probably didn’t clean the toilet for months. Smudge throughout the room. One receptionist seemed rude but could be due to lack of communication skills. We had to carry the bags to the room ourselves. If bathroom is clean...

「Awesome! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a friendly staff with a complimentary soft drink that quenched the thirst. Clean and Spacious rooms. From the room we viewed the Arunachala hill. Convenient in all aspects. Complimentary breakfast at A2B. It’s a wonderful experience. Stayed only one night. Definitely I prefer to book the same hotel next time. 」

「The rooms hear up like crazy in the day time and the ACs either need servicing OR are old an not efficient. The good thing is we only spent time sleeping at night and did not have to bear the heat during the day time. It was much better outside! Coming back from Girivalam at 1:30am, we were welcomed by a power cut/load issue and it took these guys 1:30 hours to fix that. Room rates might be lower than anticipated but it is clearly not worth spending your time, energy or money in here.」
