「Excellent stay with friendly and helpful staffs, room is very clean and comfortable. Location is quite remote and difficult to find.」

「WE arrived there quite late, 4pm. It was about to be sunset and get cold. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful in giving tips to eateries and sights. The location of the hotel, on top of a hill, gives to great view of the sunset and sunrise as well as being a good marker for navigating back when you explore the small town by foot. 」

「The environment was quiet and green so it was refreshing and relaxing to stay there. Also, the breakfast served was great as the portion is large. The staff smiled when they saw you which made you feel like respected. The facilities inside the room is adequate. However, there is a 15-min walk from bus drop-off point to this hotel so I recommend those who arrive Kalaw by afternoon can choose this hotel.」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Royal Kalaw Hills Resort. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the food is excellent and the service was personal and everyone was very attentive. Chozin, who manages the resort was particularly helpful and I could always count on her to help me in many capacities. Her English skills are very good and she was able to help tremendously. Thank you all for a lovely visit!」

「I was disappointed with NO internet or very slow and inconsistent connection.」

「J’ai réservé en janvier, mon compte bancaire a été débité en janvier, quand je suis arrivé le 16 février pour 3 nuits l’hôtel était fermé depuis septembre dernier suite à une inondation. Apparemment hôtel.com continue à le proposer à la vente. Je tente de me faire rembourser depuis 4 jours mais je n’ai pas de nouvelles 」

「Voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen: veel van de voorzieningen waren niet aanwezig zoals WiFi op de kamer, airco, tv, toiletartikelen (zelfs wc papier was er niet!), water,... Er werd ons eerst een kamer aangeboden tegen de receptie. In deze gang wordt overigens ook het ontbijt aangeboden. We vroegen een andere kamer verder van de receptie en kregen deze ook. Alleen was deze ook absoluut niet geluiddicht. Breng zeker oordopjes mee of vraag een kamer op een van de verdiepingen. Qua netheid...

「从蒲甘坐夜间大巴，凌晨6点左右到的茵莱湖，真心冷~刚巧酒店附近餐厅营业了，吃了一顿超美味的早餐（鸡肉蔬菜汤面+煎排骨），老板的厨艺好赞~随后快7点半到酒店想把行李先寄存了，等游玩回来再办入住~谁知老板说因为我订的房间正好空着，我可以直接入住~同时相识了2位本国小伙伴，一起租了条快船结伴玩了一天~酒店门前就是坐船的码头，一群船家会主动上前询问~早上8:00左右还会有一长队的小和尚经过，当地几家餐馆会提前准备好单人份的斋食逐一发给他们~哈哈哈~住店第二天是我的农历生日，早餐正好有个圆圆的煎饼，自己DIY了个创意蛋糕~出入后厨的叔叔还特意陪我聊了几句，很是愉快~」
