「Facilities were beautiful and well maintained. It was not overcrowded at all, which was wonderful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only negative comment is that many night the only choice for dinner was a buffet, which was an expensive option with kids, even at half price. A la carte menus were only available a few evenings of the week, and choices were limited. We found the best way to get around this with a family of 5 was to order room service. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.」
