"Quiet, clean also Affordable. The only thing I dislike was getting taxis to and from the property, it’s on a hill. I didn’t feel comfortable renting a car so you only have Taxi or the Safari that stops in front. I found the Safari very helpful $2 and it gets you around the island but stop running at 7 PM. Overall, I really enjoyed St. Thomas and this hotel. Thank you for hosting my Birthday ❤️"

"The dining was very limited as was the market aka gift shop. Pools were nice but drinks were expensive unless you hit the happy hour. We mostly did a too tire outside of the resort as there wasn’t much to do. I did enjoy the atmosphere as it was well kept. I also liked the cats :) "

"The staff has perfect customer service skills. Greeted us upon arrival. Food was excellent. Anything we needed they was happy to assist. What I couldn't understand why is there's no microwave available in the rooms? There was a door to gain access to the beach area which was locked. Had to walk a little distance to get there. (I'm a senior citizen) Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Will visit again "

"Rose Mary was so nice at check in. She helped us quickly get on our way. The room while a bit older was very clean with a tremendous view. Walking distance to Coki beach. Great parking. Clean grounds. The restaurants are great. We are at both of them. Couple minute drive to red hook area. "

"It’s a beautiful property and the rooms were great. The restaurant was very very good and I highly recommend it. It should be noted that the hotel is situated on a very steep hill and there are very many steps to climb, even from the rooms up to the restaurant. Not suitable for those who can’t manage stairs. Otherwise it’s delightful."

"Great central location,walkable to downtown. Great bar and restaurant , with pool . Only negative was Hotel staff that seemed a bit pre-occupied and indifferent--- they could use some hospitality training (or a raise)!"
