「Staff went above and beyond to help us as I had injured myself and couldn’t do stairs. She figured things out so we could have a room on the main floor. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were very friendly.」

Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.」
