「Clean friendly staff」

「Rooms are basic but clean.Hot breakfast is also basic but good enough to start the day and the dining area is clean and spacious. But the one thing that really stood out for us was how friendly and accommodating the staff were. We checked in late around 10pm, we were tired from a very long drive, and there were 2 groups of people also checking in before us, the lady at the front desk was fast & efficient and yet was very welcoming as she chatted a bit with each group while doing the check-ins. 「This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.」
