「All perfect, except when we checked in there was no rooms available for and another 5 couples. They found us all rooms at the sapphire hotel an hour from the secret resort. The following day the shuttle picked us up on time 10am and they gave a nice room and everything went well till we checked out. The hotel manager Ingrid was very attendant and helped with the smooth transition.」
