「We had a lovely time staying at Hotel Colonial in PDC! The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to suggest activities or call a taxi when we needed it. They also speak English and Spanish for those who may not be as familiar with Spanish. 「This is our second time staying at Nautibeach Condos. I highly recommend this location. The biggest reason is the space within the condo and second the included beach/ chairs. There is a chair attendant and for a few pesos he will kindly set up chair and umbrella for your group. The pool is also fantastic. Bar right at the pool and nice restaurant connected. There is a short walk to Hidalgo Street with amazing restaurants and be sure to stop at the street cart for a delicious Nutella and banana...

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
