「There is some wear and tear but the room is clean, bed was comfortable and I felt safe during my stay. The entrance is on the beach side or passing through a restaurant. Walkable to ADO and plenty of restaurants and stores. There is music that goes on 24/7 but it didn’t affect my sleep. To access the ocean 」

「We took our family (two kids) to stay at Siwa. We loved the rooms, perfect for a family. It had a kitchen and table. The accommodations were impeccable, very clean, upscale, and quiet and relaxing. Just what we were looking for. The kids enjoyed their personal pools and spent much time there. The restaurant staff was totally amazing. "This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
