Staff are very helpful and we’ve also met the owner who’s very friendly and welcoming. We’ve stayed 5 nights and 3 nights with eye-visible northern lights. Oh and I have to mention, dinner is surprisingly delicious!!!」

「We had a great stay here. Riverside building with sauna room and balcony. Very cold in winter while stay at balcony but luckily we saw aurora in midlight . Room is clean and shower is very hot.Bed too soft for us. Great breakfast, very kind staff. Near supermarket. 15EURO for airport transfer &10EURO for bus station transfer. The aurora hunting tour through the hotel especially was awesome and unforgettable.The guide suggested we changed to another day as bad weather without any additional...

「The resort was very nice. They provided free snowshoeing and cross country skiing equipment. You can also see reindeers on the frozen lake. It was also nice to just take a walk in the nearby forest. 「We were here from 23 to 27 January 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much! Routa was perfect! The location was away from light and the glass windows were so clean, we could stay inside and step outside to take pictures when aurora arrived. We saw aurora on Day 1, 3 and 4, i.e. a 75% chance. 「We stayed in the family room with a sauna. It has a small kitchen as well. The shower leaked a bit but otherwise room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection. There were sleds around the property which guests could use. Close to a lit hiking trail around a lake and small ski resort. We skied at Pyha about 25 min away and saw the northern lights on our drive home late at night. Our family loved staying here. 」

「Santa Hotel is far exceed our expectation. Location is perfect, centre of town, few minutes walk to stores, cuisine, travel agent, national park. Also has a bus stop to Ivalo airport, such a good choice when you have a vehicle during travel. We got a spacious room with well equipped kitchen. Kitchen is surprise to us as it's not indicated while we booked it. Room is clean as well. We will choice here again」

「服務員態度良好。可是，酒店不是一整座建築物，而是分散式建築，所以在前往房間途中有可能需要拉行李拉一段距離。冬天有積雪時會比較吃力。酒店不是每天都清潔房間，如果入住超過7天，才會給你清潔房間一次。洗手間有點陳舊，而且沒有風筒，但水壓夠強。早餐味道不錯，酒店餐廳的其他食物都不錯。酒店另一個優點是為處於來往Ivalo機場巴士的巴士站對面，下車後不用走過對面即可。」

「沒有帶我們去房間，自己尋找，晚上很黑看不清楚。房間很小，沒有吹風機，沒有水！（自來水）不能大便，天啊這個價錢不配。我抵達才知道房間沒有水沒有廁所，極光屋怎麼沒有除霧功能。我不理解」

Best Hotel in Finland

"We stayed at the Kelo of West Village and it is very clean and cozy where you have your own sauna, bathroom, kitchen and of course the signature igloo.
