「No nos hospedamos. El 14 de marzo cancelé la reservacion con Expedia y también directamente con el hotel. Estoy esperando aún el reembolso. 「We like the property, the stay was not bad although we paid for a two bedroom suite and it was in worse conditions than a regular room. The room service was terrible, they messed up various times the order, and once it came with a hair. Other than that, the view the hotel has is amazing, and very centric.」

「We traveled as 3 families with kids and had a good time at Riu Plaza. It is in a pretty central location of Panama City and there were many good restaurant and shopping options within 15 min walk. We felt safe walking at night. Uber is easily available and comes super fast. The breakfast buffet has excellent variety. The 24-hour coffee shop in the lobby has good smoothies, coffee and bakery items. We didn’t try the hotel restaurant for lunch or dinner so can’t comment on the food quality...
