「Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. 「Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. The room with large windows was beautiful but definitely in need of proper bedside lamps. It was either overhead fixture or reading spots. No elevator or bell service so best...

「The food is not very good (there is a nice restaurant a few minutes round the lake), and the online ordering could be easier to use. Not very friendly service, and limited pool access (1 hour if you stay two nights). Nice location though.」
