「Only used as stopover hotel on our way to the Stelvio Pass in Italy but it was a great choice. A very modern, welcoming and comfortable hotel, with all amentities you'd expect for a 4* hotel. Our only challenge was food hotel dining options on the evening, only charcuterie boards available and that's not our thing, disspaointed but not a reason to not stay at this lovely hotel」

「We have stayed at this hotel before when visiting the near by war graves. the hotel is in an excellent position for the center of Arras. But this hotel is a bit dated and could do with modernization. The breakfast is a bit plain and not as good as it was with the previous owners.」

「Used as a stop from the port when driving from UK to disneyland paris. We arrived after midnight and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who escorted us the our accommodation. Very helpful and informative Great room, we'll equipped and clean Will definitely use again in future 24 hour check in was a bonus and easy parking right outside 」

「Ils ne nettoyant pas les carrelages, la baignoire, la tâche de sol, il y a la poussière sous le WC, très sales de fenêtres dehors. On dort moyen à cause d'oreillers mais des oreillers sont trop mous. Il faut changer les oreillerd peu fermées. 」

「I got a room on short notice when I was visiting the Vimy Memorial. I was pleasantly surprised by the nice clean room that was quite affordable. There's a nice restaurant next door and a McDonald's. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was great and we went on our way happy and satisfied. I will stay there again if I'm in the area.」

「Took me a minute as I've never checked in with a hotel computer before but it was easy. They offered a breakfast with good choices as well. We enjoyed dinner both nights at the Au Bureau Pub, it was a close walk and had great food.」
