「I had to phone for the owner to come in spite of having informed him about the exact time during the afternoon. He had not checked the room and it had not been cleaned This was 4 in the afternoon It says the hotel has a reception open 24 hours. It does not. I had to ask separately three times for a receipt. It was finally placed outside my door during the night 」

「The property is not bad- spacious, with basic facilities including washing machine. The beds were really comfortable, towels big and clean, enough kitchen amenities etc. But there was no air-con which made evenings uncomfortable to be inside. Also, the location is a bit far from Olten and train frequency is not good.」

「Let's start by saying that this is a hostel, so amenities are limited and comfort is just ok. That said, this is an awesome place to stay. We added the meal at night--excellent and parking. Staff was very pleasant and helped us understand how to navigate the stay.」
